He said it was the dog's second attack this month.Stevens told the Sun Journal the boy lost a "massive" amount of blood and was taken to Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston, where he was in stable condition. He said the attack took place while a 12-year-old girl was baby-sitting the boy and her two siblings, who are 7 and 3 months, while her mother was away.Stevens said an animal control officer was handling the dog until it could be determined what to do with it.
